Akquisition Profile

The DUPUIS Group has a longstanding track record of successfully managing

commercial real estate assets for its clients, with current oversight of assets under management exceeding €2.5 billion.

 

 

In the commercial sector we are continuously seeking properties

that meet the following acquisition criteria:

 

Property Type

Real estate portfolios, existing properties, and development sites

Locations

Metropolitan region of Berlin-Brandenburg, city and direct outskirts locations with good infrastructure

Transaction Volume

Individual properties starting from approximately €5 million, portfolios up to approximately €100 million

Investment Focus
  • The focus is on properties that are largely leased (>75%) and stabilized existing properties with a secure, multifunctional tenant structure (with a particular focus on office and retail) and on maintaining these assets in good structural condition.
  • Existing properties with potential for optimization and value enhancement are also sought, through the reduction of vacancies, optimisation of spaces, rents, usage types, utilisation of construction reserves, and reduction of maintenance and renovation backlogs.
Transaction Structure
  • allows for both asset and share deals.

  • Rental and usable area breakdown, including vacant spaces
  • Current net cold rent (JNKM-Ist)/target net cold rent (JNKM-Soll)
